Bootcamp

Bootcamp is nothing scary at all...promise!!

Bootcamp is 45-60mins of intense physical training and drills outside. The park will be your new playground! It involves a mixture of strength training and cardiovascular fitness training. Bootcamp will test you both physically and mentally, and push you further than you’ve been pushed before. Once you have committed, its all on! Your fellow campers will be your support and motivation.

There is no required fitness level…this experience is open to anyone! It’s a fun and motivating way to get your butts moving and heading towards the goals that you want! We are in this together!

And remember the bigger the challenge…the greater the reward!

Programs are run in Birkenhead/Northcote and Central City
