Initial Consultaion
Your first appointment is a Consultation. Your Freedom Fitness Trainer will take you through a fitness questionnaire and discuss with you your fitness goals and the best type of programme that would be suitable for you. Your Trainer can measure your height, weight, blood pressure, body fat and girth measurements if you would like to chart your progress.
Your First Program
Using the information gathered in your Consultation, your Trainer will design a personalised program for you. Here your trainer will take you through your program and teach you safe and correct exercise techniques.
You Start Training
After you have been shown your new program, you are now all set to get stuck in! During your training, if you have any questions or forget an exercise, you can contact a trainer at any time. Our trainers are happy to help.
6-8 Week Review
After 6-8 weeks of training we encourage you to come back and meet with your trainer for a program review. Alot can change in this time! This is a time where you can disuss your progress and your trainer can advise new or modified program. Measurements can be taken again to chart your progress if you wish.
Remember this is all included in the cost of your membership!
