24 Hour/7 Day Access Gym
Our gym is a 24 hour/7 day secure swipe card access gym, which is great for those who can't get to the gym during normal hours, and for those who are after a smaller quiet atmosphere to workout in.
Freedom Fitness is fully equipped with all you need for a great workout. We have full changing room facilities onsite.
Our equipment includes York treadmills; York and Cateye upright bikes; Recumbant bike; York cross-trainer; Concept2 rower; Swiss balls; Medicine balls; York and BodySolid machines; dumbells from 1kg-30kg; Exagym and a range of boxing bags and boxing equipment.
We have a range of people using our gym...young and old, big and small, fit and wanting to be fit.
